FlagHawk Website – Privacy Policy
ZavSoft LLC (“ZavSoft,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates the public marketing website at https://flaghawk.com (the “Site“). This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information on the Site and describes your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CPRA“).

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The Site does not process payments, newsletters, or account sign-ups, and it does not include contact forms.
1. Information We Collect
- Analytics data collected automatically when you visit the Site, using PostHog (the same analytics project as the FlagHawk app) and Google Analytics via Google Site Kit. This may include pages viewed, clicks, referral/UTM source, and device and browser information. Google Analytics may also derive approximate location from IP address. PostHog is configured not to enrich events with IP geolocation.

We do not intentionally collect names, account credentials, payment card data, or app-related repair-order data through the Site.
2. How We Use Personal Information

- Respond to emails you send us;
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We use PostHog (same project as the FlagHawk app) and Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit) to understand Site usage and to attribute visits to in-app activity. These providers may process analytics data according to their own terms and privacy policies. Depending on your browser or device settings, Google may also offer controls described at Google Analytics Opt-out.
4. Your CPRA Rights
If you are a California resident, you may request to know, delete, correct, or port personal information, and to opt out of sale/sharing (we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising), by emailing help@zavsoft.com. We will verify requests using information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity.
5. Data Security
The Site is served over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+). No security measure is perfect, but we take reasonable steps appropriate for a marketing website that primarily processes analytics and optional support email.
6. Children
The Site is intended for a general business audience in the United States and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors through the Site.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, noted with an updated “Last updated” date. Unless we say otherwise, changes take effect when posted.
