FlagHawk Website – Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the public marketing website at https://flaghawk.com (the “Site“), operated by ZavSoft LLC (“ZavSoft,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to the Site only. Use of the FlagHawk mobile application is governed by the App EULA and App Privacy Policy.
1. Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and browse the Site for personal or internal business information about FlagHawk. You may not scrape, crawl, mirror, or redistribute Site content without our prior written consent.
2. Intellectual Property
Site content, branding, and materials are owned by ZavSoft LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.
3. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party destinations such as the Apple App Store and Google Play for convenience. ZavSoft is not responsible for third-party sites, products, or services.
4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZAVSOFT’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED US $100. INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARE EXCLUDED.
5. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Before filing a formal claim, email help@zavsoft.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS, conducted remotely by videoconference when practicable, under California law. No class actions.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Unless we say otherwise, changes take effect when posted.
