Delete Your FlagHawk Account

You can delete your FlagHawk account and associated data from inside the app on iPhone, Android, and web.

FlagHawk (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by ZavSoft LLC, gives you control over your personal data. The fastest way to delete your account is in the FlagHawk app itself.

In the app: Settings → My Account → Delete Account

How to delete your account in the app

  1. Open FlagHawk on iPhone, Android, or the web.
  2. Go to Settings, then My Account.
  3. Tap or click Delete Account and confirm.

Account deletion starts immediately. Your repair orders, jobs, photos, and account data are permanently removed, and you are signed out.

Subscriptions: Deleting your FlagHawk account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. If you no longer want to be billed, cancel in your store’s subscription settings (or use Manage Subscription in the app) before or after deleting your account.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently delete personal data linked to it, including your email (if provided), repair-order records and photos, and app usage/analytics identifiers tied to your account.

What data may be retained

We may retain certain records where required by law — for example transaction or subscription records needed for tax, accounting, or legal compliance. Any retained data will be anonymized where feasible, or kept only for the minimum period required. App Store / Play Store billing records are controlled by Apple or Google, not by FlagHawk.

If you cannot sign in

If you cannot access the app to delete your account, email help@zavsoft.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request and the email address associated with your FlagHawk account. We will confirm within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of confirmation.
