Account & Data Deletion Request — FlagHawk

FlagHawk (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and gives you full control over your personal data. If you would like to request that your FlagHawk account and associated data be deleted, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Send an email to help@zavsoft.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
  2. In the body of the email, include the email address associated with your FlagHawk account so we can locate your data.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email within 3 business days acknowledging your request.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon processing your request, we will permanently delete the following data linked to your account: your name, email address, and app usage and analytics data.

What Data May Be Retained

We may retain certain data where required by law, such as transaction records for tax or legal compliance purposes. Any retained data will be anonymized or kept only for the minimum period required by applicable regulations.

Deletion Timeline

Your data will be fully deleted within 30 days of our confirmation email. You will receive a final notification once deletion is complete.
